Dignity Health

From 2016-18, CTE worked with leaders at Dignity Health to re-develop their renowned Executive Ministry Leadership Formation (ELF). This in-person, 18-month educational program was designed for Dignity Health executives to become conversant in religiously based topics as understood from the perspective of specific religious traditions (i.e., Buddhism,Christianity, Islam, Judaism).

From 2018-20, CTE worked with multiple cohorts of Dignity Health executives.

The in-person program was sunsetted during the Covid pandemic (2020-22).
